| My experience within childcare has covered a myriad of positions from having acted as a teaching assistant at my primary school, Holy Trinity, to currently providing babysitting and day-care services to a number of parents within the East Sheen Primary School Community. This arrangement has allowed me to create close and trustworthy relationships with not only the children that I care for but the parents as well, and I take pride in the fact that my regular clientele look to me as someone they can rely on to look after their children with wholehearted attentiveness and pro-activeness. I'm passionate about childcare because I believe it to be one of my core principles to provide children with an unwavering sense of safety and friendship, especially when I look back on those who used to be responsible for my own well-being and remember them as being too formal and aloof. I believe we can learn just as much from children as they can from adulthood, and thus I find their creativity and imagination wholly inspiring. Moreover, my avid interest in their development and growth has also provided me with the opportunity to nourish my personal development, enhance my communicative skills and become a more responsible individual.

| i have worked in a nursery since i finished school, i started an apprenticeship in 2014 and passed in 2016 i now have a level 3 child care qualification. i worked in this nursery for 3 years i have now moved on to working in Lowther primary school and have been there for over a year and am loving it!

I am a big believer of treating children with the same respect as I would an adult, and not being condescending, as well as letting children express their emotions and encouraging them to speak about how they feel instead of distracting them and making them forget. I have extensive experience in childcare and wellbeing, and have been largely responsible for children under the age of 5. I am multilingual - I was born and have been brought up in London so my English is to a very high standard, but I also speak Bengali.

| Hi I'm Catherine, recentlt married I'm a financial controller by day but am avaliable weeknights and weekends for childcare as extra income to buy my first home! I have nannied and babysat for around 10 years including overnights with newborns. I also have experience with SEN children and have a DBS certification as I help at a children's charity occasionally. My rate starts at £12 per hour for one child with addtl £2 per child per hour.

I have helped families in my local area with childcare and babysitting for over 5 years. I've helped with a range of duties including taking to and picking up from school, helping with homework and reading stories, preparing meals, helping at bedtime. I helped out a family of 3 boys every week in the summer of 2018, which included taking them out for day trips, so am used to dealing with multiple lively kids! Furthermore, 2 of my cousins have young children and I have helped to look after them since they were newborns, so have experience with very young children as well.
