Hello I’m, Jordan. My background is working with children with ASD and ADHD and also attachment and trauma and sensory needs. I have level 2 in Makaton and hold my Level 3 in young people workforce and Early years. I have worked for Acorn education and care from December 2013 until July 2023, being there nearly 10 years and working with in a outstanding home supporting children from age 8 to when they leave at 18 working 1:1 and supporting the children with independence, appointments and safeguarding them. The job was home from home and was very family orietntated we ate together, had movie nights, and plenty of time in the garden. I was part time in this position (1 and a half days a week) and my other 2 days a week were working at Strathmore college supporting students on their art diplomas and supporting them with PE, Maths and English. I work on a 1:1 with students when it came to Maths and English. I am a very reliable person not having a day off in my time at my jobs (only during covid-19.)
