I been working as a nanny/babysitter for the past 2 years for several families down in the south of England, however I am looking at finding a job here in Edinburgh, where I am a student. I am 21 years old and I am currently in my second year studying Geography. Having grown up with nanny's during my childhood I understand what it means to have a kind and compassionate carer. I am an enthusiastic and reliable individual with plenty of experience with children in the past. I am skilled in bringing a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive and develop, and being a creative individual I am able to provide fun and crafty activities for children to engage with. Having previously worked for families with children ranging from the ages of 2-12, I am able to adapt my experiences to new environments and have developed a real passion for childcare. I am also able to provide light housework services (laundry, cleaning etc.), meal prepping and/or cooking, and assist with homework. I have good multitasking and communication skills which I believe is fundamental for childcare, and I am confident I can provide attentive care. I am able to provide references and I have been criminally background checked.
