Childcare in Sleaford

| We are a childminding team of mother and daughter based in Cranwell in a purpose built setting. My name is Tanya and I have been providing childcare for 26 years and my daughter Jamie works along side me, full time for the last year she is also a registered and practising nurse. We care for children from 0-12 years and provide childcare from 6am till 8pm for hours as required.

| Between 2010 and 2019 my employment history includes extensive roles in childcare from a 1:1 with a child whom has additional needs, to working with new born babies to working with young adults whom are on the Autistic spectrum and more recently as a Room Manager in a Nursery. I have relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Studies and practical experience to enable me to act as a reliable, fun and caring individual to ensure children have full access to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, manage behaviour in a positive way and contribute to providing a safe and secure environment. My expertise is working with children under five, however I do have experience with young adults and babies. I have a hands on experience working with children whom have additional needs. I believe these skills, paired with being somewhat a parent myself, sets me apart from others to maintain relationships with parents and help children grow!

| I just finished working towards my Early Years Childcare degree at Northampton University. I have now moved back to Lincolnshire. I have previously worked in a nursery for 2years, with children from the age of 6months up to 12years.

| I have been working in childcare for almost 20 years, with a level 4 qualification. I have experience of caring for and educating children aged 0-12 years. I have experience of working as a special needs coordinator within the early years sector. I have three children and four grandchildren, and a dog. I originally qualified as a state enrolled nurse before coming into the childcare sector.

| I am a trainee teacher at Bishop Grosseteste University and I would like to spend my summer helping families with childcare, as I have the time to spare and I am a caring, compassionate individual with two years experience teaching primary school age children.

| At present I don't have any qualifications in child care, however I do have lots of experience in dealing with and caring for children and babies. I will be studying a diploma in higher education: health, in the hope of carrying this into studying midwifery. I am currently doing my driving lessons as well. I have always been around children from a young age, I have done babysitting jobs in the past and also had a little experience in a pre school. I have experience with children of all different ages. I will be very devoted and caring to anyone that employs me. more than willing to undergo a full DBS check if deemed necessary and references available on request.
