| Hello! I am currently studying Primary Teaching (3-7) School Direct route. As this degree is very full on, I am only available weekends (day/ afternoon/ night) as I am in a primary school setting during the week for my teaching course. I hold a degree in Child Health and Well-Being, NVQ level 3, first aid trained, safeguard trained and I have an up to date DBS. I have had over 8 years experience working with newborns up to 12 years old. Before starting my teaching course, I worked in a private nursery in the baby room and then got promoted to supervisor in toddler room. I have always loved working with children and watching them achieve their goals. I have worked in Tenerife for a year in a children's club in a 5 star hotel, we did games, parties and mini discos with them alongside doing dance shows.

| I have worked with children for over 13 years, firstly teaching morris dancing to children ages 1- 17 years old. This includes rehearsals, competitions, weekend’s away and residential stays. I have also recently worked abroad as a Children’s Club Representative, which included planning activities for ages 4months- 17 years old. Taking care of the children throughout the day and evening, preparing meals, giving medication, taking on activities and days out and making sure their health and well being was being cared for at all times. I have also worked as project assistant for a youth community group of 13-17 year olds, assisting with workshops, confidence building, communication skills and organising days out and trips.

| The services I offer are babysitting and nannying. I am DBS checked. I have younger family members I have cared for however my main experience comes from doing Camp America. I have spent my past 2 summers working at a summer camp called Camp Lakota in New York where I was a camp counsellor for 9 weeks and along with 2 other counsellor's in my bunk and we looked after a group of 15 nine year olds, 24/7. During the day time I would also be responsible for looking after the whole division of children, roughly 30 kids, aged between 6-9. My roles including looking after them, ensuring they were safe at all times and knowing where they were so they didn't wander off camp property, waking them up and getting them ready for the day, taking them to different activities for the day, taking them to each meal time, sorting out their laundry, making sure that all 15 in my bunk were showered within an hour each evening, and getting them all to bed on time.

I have volunteered for 5 years within a SEND school and had the opportunity to travel to Kenya to care for and witness schools over there in the less fortunate areas. I’ve previously worked in a range of different settings such as nursery (0-4), preschool (3-4), Ks1 and Ks2. I am Level 4 in childcare as i did my childcare and development course in college (level 3) and a year of primary education in university (level 4).
