| As my resume reflects, I possess nearly 11 years progressive experience caring for children of all ages, from newborn infants upwards. Over the course of my career working as a babysitter, nanny, teacher and nursery practitioner, I have gained solid experience engaging children in a broad variety of stimulating activities. I am a principled and honest professional with high integrity. I love children and enjoy working with them. I take my responsibilities very seriously.

| Currently, I am an ELC practitioner at Broxburn ELC and have been for just under a year and a half. I have always loved children, from a young age I have always been able to care for and have fun with the children in my family. I have a total of 6 little brothers and sisters, ranging from the age of 16 to 3 - my siblings haven’t had an easy upbringing so every opportunity I had I would step in and care for them, whether that was bathing them and putting them to bed or taking them out to the cinema - my siblings have always been my priority and there is nothing I love more than putting smiles on their faces. In the ELC, I work with children aged 3-5. I have great relationships with the children and in particular my key children, I am the practitioner they can approach when they are upset, or when they need help and I always do my best to make the children comfortable and ensure they feel safe. Ever since I started working with children I have absolutely loved it, this job is my passion. I have never nannied before however it is always something I have loved the idea of!

| Hi there mate :) My name is Zoe, I'm a 20 year old female from a place called the Sunshine coast in Australia. I am moving to Edinburgh for 6 months at the start of January 2019. I hold a blue card as I have professionally worked with and taken care of many young children and teenagers since the age of 16. I completed high school and have just taken a break from university so helping with home work and other school tasks is not a problem for me. I am currently working as a cook in a busy restaurant until I leave for Edinburgh, so cooking healthy and delicious food is not a problem for me either (including cleaning etc). I love to be fit and adventurous so keeping children entertained and enthused is effortless for me. I hope I can bring all my experience, zest for life, Australian culture and responsibility into a great home a few days a week.
