I think that children should have structure and routine to their day, clear boundaries and to be taught the difference between right and wrong. I also add an element of fun and freedom of choice for the children to gain independence, self esteem and confidence. I am creative, proactive and enjoy all aspects of childcare, from taking care of the child’s needs, to cooking and cleaning and organising my day. | Hello, my name is Natalie. I’m a married mother of two living in Leatherhead. I offer nannying and ad hoc babysitting and have experience from newborn to teenagers. I have availability for a full time or part time nanny role from September and I have my own car so can travel. I am fully flexible Wednesday - Saturday and have some flexibility Monday-Tuesday depending on timings. I have a 5 month old son who will be 7 months in September.I am very keen to have a family that can be very comfortable to welcome me and my son into their daily routine. I have a bachelors degree so I am very competent in providing support in their homework and educational learning. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty with arts and crafts, role play and trips out.
