| My name is Lauren, and I am 27 years old. I have a younger sister, but we are from a large family with 30 cousins. We are a close family and have all been brought up together. From a young age, I always got involved with helping to care for my younger cousins, and when I was 14, I started to do some evening babysitting. My ex-partner of 4 years was from a very large family, being 1 of 7 children. His family also fostered. As I lived in his parents house for a short while, I have an up to date CRB check. I would regularly be left to look after the younger children whose ages range from 4 months to 5 years old. I would do tasks from bathing, feeding, changing nappies and clothing, putting to bed, and playing and interacting with them. In 2012, I had a live in nanny job in Australia for 5 months where I had sole care of 2 girls aged 2 years old and 4 months. I was with them from 7 am until evening. My duties were all aspects of care as described above, but I'd also take them for days out to play groups, parks, and out to eat.

| My name is Samantha, I'm married with one child my daughter is 17 We have lived in Heathfield for 20 Years. I have had 27 years experience of caring for children, ranging from nursery work to Nannying (ages ranging from birth to teenager.) I enjoy looking after children and helping them develop skills they will use in everyday life and helping them have a thirst for knowledge! I feel children are like sponges, the more they can experience from a young age the more they will want to find out.
