| During my career, I have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages. I have worked a season as an activity guide in Lapland, I have volunteered at an RDA disabled riding school. I have great domestic skills, cooking and cleaning, and I am just starting a role as a Residential support worker that will only take up two of my weekdays.

| I have always had a passion for childcare! Growing up with a large family means I have always been surrounded by the little ones and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I started my childcare journey upon my leave from high school in 2018, where I completed my Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Children’s Play Learning and Development. From there, I decided to further my studies by attending university and gaining a Second Class First Degree in BA Hons Early Childhood Studies. I have been using this experience in my current role as an Early Years Practitioner at a local nursery, where I have been working at since November 2021

| I have worked within childcare since I was 18, starting off in a nursery as a nursery nurse, gradually working up to Room leader and then moving settings and taking on a more Deputised role, and having more of a management status. Within the nursery setting, Overnight the nursery closed and I was asked by a family from the setting if I would consider becoming a nanny for their 2 children, I worked for this family until the youngest started school which was around 4.5 years. I still have a good relationship with both children and the parents, this family also knew another family after childcare so I began working for them 2 days a week to make it a full time week, the other family consists of 3 girls, again I looked after these until the youngest went to school, and occasionally have all the children for babysitting and during the holidays to help out. I then began working for a new family with 1 little boy but recently they have told me they can no longer afford childcare. At the moment my job entails, playgroups, soft play, creative days, swimming, days out, socializing with children of his age. Preparing food and generally just a one on one experience.
