| I am fully qualified early years practitioner with 3 years experience. I have great communication skills (written and verbal), patience and problem solving skills and multitasking. I consider myself as a team player who is willing to work successfully with others to achieve task set, I can work independently as well as collaboratively without prompt in order to focus on completing tasks to the best of my ability. During my work experience I gained the ability of working with new electronic system that is allowing me to keep up with newest records and updates to support children with their needs and development. | I have HNC in childcare, I have worked as a nanny, then a childminder, a 1140hr provider, worked in nurseries and now going back to becoming a nanny again! I have over 23yrs of working within childcare. I have 2 older children and I have an 9yr old son. I love the flexibility and the ability to spend all my days outside! It's a truly rewarding job!

| I’ve worked with kids for a couple of years now! This is more on a sporting side as a coach but the love I have for building relationships with these kids is unreal, I would love to further build on my career with children as I don’t see myself doing anything else.
