My name is Adrienne I have around 13 years experience in nurseries and nannying and have gained many skills over the years too, I enjoy the outdoors such as forest schools and nature.
I have a level 3 NVQ in children’s care learning and development. I also have food hygiene, paediatric first aid, prevent duty, a full understanding of the EYFS and an up to date DBS check.
As a nursery nurse my role includes the care of multiple children, nappy changing, toilet training, planning activities, writing observations, writing two year checks, etc.
As a nanny I looked after two families children. One with two children aged 2 years and 3 1/2 years I was with them for 2 years until the younger one went to school. Also one family with three children, twins aged 3 years and a 1 year old. Daily activities included going on short walks, baby and toddler groups, swimming, parks, libraries, shoe and clothes shopping (when asked by the parent), meeting up with friends, etc.
