Hi I am Rosanna, I have worked and trained in childcare for 10 years gaining a level 3 BTEC in childcare, a degree in Early Childhood Education and a master diploma in Early Years with Early Years Teachers status. I have been the supervisor of a breakfast and afterschool club, and worked in the baby room and room leader of a 2 year old room at a nursery. Alongside this I have been a temporary wedding Nanny and babysitter.
I love facilitating and promoting play for children to support their development. This can include engaging messy play, cooking and baking, exploring outdoor environments or simple activities such as, reading stories, simple mark making and so much more.
I have a calm and gentle approach to childcare while maintaining clear boundaries enforcing natural repercussions rather than punishments.
My hobbies include going for walks, baking and cooking, and running. I also spend lots of times with my 2 Nephews, taking them for fun days out or staying in and watching a movie.
