Babysitters in Radstock

| I have worked alongside children for 4 previous years in a nursery. In April of 2023 I decided to leave this job and do private babysitting for families around my area. I then went on to start paediatric nursing at university in the September continuing with the babysitting. I am now ready to open up more dates in the diary and travel further. ( travel fee’s may apply )

| I am currently working in a nursery based in our baby room full time caring for children aged 0-20 months. Although I have experience of working with children from 0-5 years and I’m comfortable and confident working with older children. I am Level 3 qualified in EYE (early years education). I am also first aid trainer and hold a valid DBS Certificate. My services will be solely shaped by you, I can catered for anything you want including evening, weekends, over night stay, bring my own resources including games, colouring, drawing. Whatever you would like I can provide. I’m a respectable adult and I will treat you, your family and home with respect. And just genuinely bring a fun warm and comfortable atmosphere with me.

| I am currently a student studying Social Work in Manchester. I am home for the summer and am looking to take on some extra work to provide a little bit of income during the summer. I’ve had previous experience babysitting and volunteering in childrens holiday clubs, giving me experience in working with all ages of children. I like to think of myself as enthusiastic, fun and hardworking.

| I am a 22 year old fourth year student at from South Africa studying at the University of Bath for an exchange semester. I grew up in a small farming town called Nottingham Road in the KZN Midlands and am the eldest of four children. I love being around people and when I was at school I was very much part of the outreach schooling programme called STEPP to teach the children English Literacy. I love the outdoors, especially trail runnning, hiking and fishing. I believe I have a good work ethic and I strive to keep a good balance in my life. I am a gentle, caring, energetic and driven person with a love for nature. I previously au paired for a family of three young girls (aged 5, 3 and 1). I would fetch the girls from preschool and would babysit in the afternoons where we would play games, do outdoor activities, bake, do arts and crafts. I would also babysit them on some evenings and weekends when the parents had functions or needed extra help. I have my drivers licence as well as have completed my level 2 first aid course. I would love to get an afternoon or evening babysitting job in or near Bath City and am also available in some weekends to help out.

| I have always wanted to do some sort of childcare when i’m older, but babysitting is a personal favourite. I love children and animals and are happy to help. I would say i’m a very friendly person and always have a smile no matter what.

| I used to care more than 1 year for my handsome 5 years old nephew. I took care of him, like doing different activities inside and autside the door, being able to help him in native writing and reading. It was a quite nice experience and I realized that, my relationship with kids is amazing!

| I have work in a primary school previously- 30 children aged 4-5 years old was a challenged but I love every moment of it. I currently work for voyage care- I’m a senior support worker and work closely with the Baines safeguarding team, social workers and have a strong knowledge of learning disabilities, autism and physical impairments. I have a very good understanding of mental health as well. I would closely with medication and have been in the ‘care’ side of business for 2 years. I have a DBS linked with my job but open to having an open DBS (however that would have to be covered by employer).

| My name is Georgia, i'm 22 I live in Midsomer Norton but can travel to Bath, Bristol and Radstock (bus). I've always loved working with or looking after children. Some would say i'm a hard worker and quite a kid myself, I have 4 sisters and 1 brother and my younger siblings always hang out with me as they say i'm the best sister (shush don't tell anyone) I also look after my sister in laws sons who are 3-5. I would love to build a business in babysitting I just don't drive at the moment unfortunately.

| Hi, I am a fun, caring nanny with 9 years experience and an NVQ3 in child care I started my nannying career in London nannying for newborn twins and from then I went on to do nanny shares and also working in a crèche. I loved nannying but I also wanted to experience the world so after I worked in a ski resort as a nanny in France. After I went on to nanny in Australia. Last year I completed my TESOL in Thailand and I loved teaching in Thailand. I have now returned to the uk and I would love to help out anyone who needs an ad hoc nanny. | I have previously been a temporary Au Pair and have babysat in the past. I was an Au Pair for a family I knew in Germany as their old one had to relocate, I took their 5 year old to school, helped prepare lunches and breakfasts, as well as picking her up and putting her to bed. I have also babysat in the past for family and friends, two girls on a few occasions (ages 4 and 10) as well as a 12 year old from a separate household. I am skilled in cooking, and believe I work very well with children, making sure they're happy and open to talk to me about anything they need as I know having a babysitter can be very daunting especially for more anxious children.
