| My name is Nadia,I am 21 and I have recently graduated from university as I completed my foundation degree and passed with a 2.1. My previous childcare experience includes being around children in formal and informal environments and started from a young age by volunteering at a private nursery from the age of 14. As well as my degree I have studied childcare at college, I have worked with children and young people from the ages of birth to 19. When I was 13 took part in the British Red Cross babysitting course which passed me in fire safety and basic first aid. Within my college study I have also studied and carried out the care of babies. I have worked with children who have special needs including autism, adhd and children and young people who are disabled. I have a background of workijg in childcare and have worked in 2 private daycares and also been a pre-school teacher and I have been an au pair in France looking after a 16 month old and then moved to Ireland looking free a 3 year old and a 15 month old. I full driving licence and have been past since January 2016.

| I have previously babysat for friends and family. I have basic first aid training from working in care.

| I am currently a first year student mental health nurse. I have 4 younger siblings who I have looked after over the last few years. Ranging from 2 years old- 14 years old. I am a support worker for the north east autism society and have been for just short of 2 years where I look after and support young people who are on the autistic spectrum. I have a lot of knowledge of planned activities, days out, parks, free events. I am currently a zero hour contract employee for a residential home for young adults with learning disabilities. Due to the nature of my jobs and studies I have had many dbs applications completed, the most recent one being done in may. These can all be provided.

| I have previously baby sat several of my mum’s friends children for around a year. I have a driving test and I love children and have always been good with them. My boyfriend’s mum is a child minder and I often help her out with the children she has which ranges from a 10 month old baby, up to children of the age of 7. I am willing to help out with whatever is needed and I am a likeable person with both parents and children.

| I am a very compassionate person and able to provide care and safety whenever I'm needed. I'm also very friendly, and love to make kids smile! I have relevant experience in babysitting, I have looked after children as young as 4. Within my experiences I've prepared meals and watched movies with children, read story books and I've assisted with putting them to bed. I love helping out families!
