I have 2 years of professional babysitting experience in my hometown and work experience with reception aged children in my local primary school. I have volunteered with a hospital based radio station for the last two years, in which I spent time with young children with special needs. | Dear family, my name is freya I am 18 years old and I am currently studying psychology at Loughborough university in my first year. I hope to be an babysitter during the summer in-between my first and second year, to be able to work with children and to potentially develop my language skills and also teach English to children if I were given the opportunity. I currently volunteer with children of 2-4 years of age and enjoy speaking and spending time with them watching them grow and helping them learn. My favourite activities include being active- during the summer my family and I go on a lot of bike rides and hikes/walks. I enjoy reading, I tend to read 40 pages of a book every evening providing I have the time. I am a very creative person, a lot with my younger brother we colour together, build things, garden together and take part in outdoor activities. I also enjoy cooking, my mother has previously owned a bakery and as I live at university I cook myself three wholesome meals per day. I have not yet got a relevant qualification in childcare, however I am first aid trained and have references available upon request.

| At the age of 19 I spent a year in boulder, Colorado, USA looking after 2 young children aged 2 and 6. Before this, during my ALevel studies I was doing a lot of babysitting for families in my area. I've worked in different schools in Leicester and have a lot of experience working with young people.
