young, enthusiastic psychology student keen to earn experience working with children, living in le9
|
Dear family, my name is freya I am 18 years old and I am currently studying psychology at Loughborough university in my first year. I hope to be an babysitter during the summer in-between my first and second year, to be able to work with children and to potentially develop my language skills and also teach English to children if I were given the opportunity. I currently volunteer with children of 2-4 years of age and enjoy speaking and spending time with them watching them grow and helping them learn. My favourite activities include being active- during the summer my family and I go on a lot of bike rides and hikes/walks. I enjoy reading, I tend to read 40 pages of a book every evening providing I have the time. I am a very creative person, a lot with my younger brother we colour together, build things, garden together and take part in outdoor activities. I also enjoy cooking, my mother has previously owned a bakery and as I live at university I cook myself three wholesome meals per day. I have not yet got a relevant qualification in childcare, however I am first aid trained and have references available upon request.
