| I have been in the care sector for a year now working as a domiciliary carer for the elderly, dealing with anything from personal care, to home help, to end of life care, making sure the clients are safe/happy in their own home. However, my true passion is working with children. I have been babysitting now for 3 years with regular clients and I love it! It’s amazing to get to know the families and watch the children grow. (References available on request) I have looked after children of all ages ranging from 3 months - 12+ years old, carrying out duties such as meal preparation, picking the children up from school, taking them to after school/activity clubs and putting them to bed etc and would now like to make this my career. I have acquired certificates such as: - Care Certificate - CPR certificate for children - food safety hygiene certificate - Safeguarding certificate I’m open to take on any extra training that becomes available.
