| I am fully qualified child care practitioner with SVQ 3 & 4 in Childcare Learning and Development. I also have training in first aid, child protection, food hygiene, managing challenging behaviour and fire safety. I have worked in nursery and after school care settings for 13 years and over this time I have gained qualifications, skills and experience in creating and maintaining a safe, secure and stimulating environment taking into consideration the children's ages abilities and interests. I have a variety of skills and experience in developing an environment that incorporates a wide variety of types of play to aid in the child's development. | I have always loved working with children I have experience with children ages from 3 months to 12 years, I got this from working between a nursery and after school club for a year and a half, during this time I was responsible for feeding and changing the babies and also setting daily activities e.g paining, outdoor play and reading. With the after school club ages 5-12 I would pick them up from school and walk them back to the club. I am a practitioner at an After-School Club for over 90 children who are aged from 5 - 12 years old. This includes collecting the children from their schools and bringing them to the club. We also prepare the food and clean everything after meals are done.

| I am currently in my second year at the University of Stirling, and I am studying Primary education with a specialism in Spanish. I enjoy music and play the trumpet and piano, and I play in a wind orchestra in Glasgow once a week. In my last year of high school, I spent one afternoon a week at a local primary school for work experience. I most recently worked for 3 months in a summer camp in America for children and adults with special needs. I would thrive in a caring job, as I have enjoyed my time in previous care jobs.

| Currently working for a family in the Stirling area looking after two lovely boys after school. 6 months experience working with type one diabetic child. Available for babysitting (preferably on a regular basis and not just one offs so I can get to know the children) also open to taking in another family for part time work in the mornings/weekends. Although I don’t hold a full driving license, I am currently doing lessons and hope to have my license soon. I find that i am a fun, caring and loving individual who is determined to do a good job.
