Experienced dogsitter required for nervous rescue dog

We are looking to build a relationship with a dogsitter who has experience with nervous dogs and a strong understanding of their behaviour.
Billy is our very loving rescue dog from Romania who is approx 4 years old. He loves affection and attention but he's wary of new people to begin but becomes more trusting after a few meetings. He is particularly wary of men, so we are ideally looking for a female dogsitter at this time. Here are some other things we're looking for:
- A female who ideally lives alone and is willing to dogsit in their own home
- Has a garden
- Works from home or is home most of the day
- No other pets
- Happy to arrange a few meetings before we proceed (paid)
After the meetings, we'd be looking for dogsitting services for a few weekends over the next few months (would be 3 or 4 nights max). Obviously as he's a complex dog we are happy to pay extra than the average rate.

We have a mature gentleman he is 12 years old. Extremely quiet, mostly sleeps throughout the day. He especially sad at the moment as he lost his mum 2 weeks ago.
Hes loves all other animals and is afraid of the dark. He just loves company and has never been left on his own
Hes never been aggressive in any way or form. He struggles to chew dog chewies even though he loves them.
