We are a family of four living just outside Stansted Mountfitchet looking for a nanny 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) during term time from January 2024. The children will be 3 years (boy) and 5 months old (girl). You will mainly be looking after the 5 month old and it would be great if you could take her to play groups/classes to ensure she socialises and gets out and about. The three year old will be going to nursery Monday - Wednesday 9am until 3pm so you’ll need to drop him off and pick him up at those times (we live 30 seconds walk from the nursery!). Working hours will be 8am - 6pm Monday - Wednesday. Occasional help on Fridays might be needed during the day and babysitting in the evenings. Please note you will also need your own car. Whilst the baby is sleeping it would be great if you could help with a bit of washing, cleaning and cooking if possible. We are looking for someone bubbly and fun who loves looking after children. You will need to be creative with ideas to keep the children entertained and not be afraid to get really stuck in!! If you can do a few days before January that would be great.

We are looking for a nanny who can help look after our little girl. She goes to nursery 2 days a week and has a day with her grand parents one day each week. For the other 2 days (ideally Wednesday and Friday) we’d like a kind caring nanny who can give her dedicated attention. We are a friendly, professional family based in Stanstead Mountfitchet seeking a warm and caring nanny for our baby boy, currently aged 9 months. You would be needed 10-20 hours per week, over one or two days, but final contract to be agreed with you, and is very negotiable for the right person. Duties include supporting baby's routine, preparing meals, taking to local activities and for daily walks to the park and playground. We are looking for someone creative and fun who genuinely enjoys working with babies/toddlers. This is a sole charge job, so previous baby experience, checkable references and paediatric first aid training are essential. You should also have a recent DBS certificate or willing to update if not. Driver/own car an advantage but not essential. Rate of pay negotiable, and possible extra hours (e.g. evening babysitting) available if desired. We are interviewing now and can offer a flexible start date any time in January/February.
