Hello, we are searching for a responsible, reliable and energetic nanny with a few years experience who can help us with 2 children. Thank you for considering this opportunity. We hope to hear from you soon. We are a family of four living in rural north Dorset and are on the hunt for a lovely nanny to come and join the fun! We are (or like to think we are!) relaxed in nature but with traditional values. We are based on a farm with plenty of outdoor space to explore and are keen to find someone who enjoys the countryside as much as we do. M and C are active and inquisitive and enjoy a variety of activities. M, the eldest, is very keen on crafts and drawing but equally loves walking, learning to ride her bike and terrifying me on the climbing frame! C seems to be a typical boy and loves watching the tractors coming in and out, saying hello to the sheep and cows and generally being out and about. We are keen to find someone who enjoys the great outdoors, is firm but fair with them and importantly has a sense of humour and a cheery outlook on life. M will attend a nursery setting a few mornings a week and it would be lovely for C to attend a toddler group every now and then. Local transport links are limited and a car really is needed. Ideally the role will be from 8.30am – 6pm and occasionally another hour might be needed at the end of the day. Very happy to discuss and work out an option that best suits all though.
