Babysitter for (9m old) and Potential Care for Both Children (9m & 4y) During Holidays

My husband and I are in search of a nurturing and reliable individual to care for our youngest son, who is currently 9 months old.
We need assistance starting from the 27th of May until the end of August 2025, with the possibility of extending this arrangement during school holiday periods. Additionally, we have an older child who will be turning 4 years old in August, and we may require care for both children during holiday periods.
Initially, we are seeking someone who can dedicate 3 to 3.5 hours of care, starting either at 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM, Monday to Friday. There is a potential for these hours to be increased to 4 or even 5 hours in the future.
