What: Personal Care Aide to help with 7 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. He is non verbal and can communicate using signs and AAC. He is very social, happy, and interactive. Looking for someone to assist him with Personal Care tasks prior to him going to school Monday to Friday mornings. Training will be provided however, preference will be given to candidates with experience/education in these fields. Once he's left for school the duties would include housekeeping tasks. Duties: Transferring using a lift and/or manual transfer, Range of Motion Exercises, feeding, changing, personal hygiene tasks, and small house hold chores Where: We live in the SW - Patterson Hill (15 minute walk from a bus stop) When: Looking to hire for April 1st Shifts: Monday to Friday 630am to 930am Pay: $22-25/hour The ideal candidate will have experience with working with children with physical disabilities.

My daughter is 31 years old, she has Prader Willi Syndrome which requires direct one on one support. Staff must be with in arms reach at all times. We are looking for a female staff with experience working with challenging behaviours. Must have own vehicle> Someone who is willing to engage with my daughter, play cards and board games, talk, laugh and have fun. We need someone who is strong and able to be in charge, stick to the rules and enforce restrictions to ensure safety. My daughter lives in the Edgemont area and most activities are in the NW/NE.

We're looking for someone who can be with my son who loves swimming! We'll meet up at an agreed place (either YMCA Seton or Southland Leisure Centre) and I will take care of changing him. He loves going through the slide, so be prepared to walk up flights of stairs several times! We can also meet up at an indoor playground (venue TBD). Thank you.

He would benefit from assistance with simple household tasks, a daily exercise routine, and a range of activities inside and outside the home. Until recently, he lived independently and worked full-time. This is a job for a kind, patient, efficient caregiver who understands dementia, and sees the whole person. We can offer up to 17 hours per week to the right person.
