I have recently moved to Canberra where I am studying a double degree, Bachelor of Public Policy / Bachelor of Medical Science, at ANU and I am looking for some babysitting work.
I am a caring and passionate individual who loves to spend time with and encourage development in children of all ages. I am experienced in babysitting children, having babysat up to 6 children at once ranging in age from 4-12. I also have two younger siblings who have given me a lot of practice! Recently I have also gained experience in nannying for a family with two twins age 1 and an older child aged 3 who I cared for from 9-5 once a week and other times when needed.
I think that children are an absolute joy and personally find that there is nothing better than forming a bond with someone who has so much to experience and watch them grow and develop. I am open to engaging in a range of activities such as going for walks, reading books, playing with toys, little excursions to the park or the pool, baking, colouring etc.

In 2014 I started my first job as a babysitter taking care of a three-month-old baby, I always made a list to have everything tidy and that the baby always ate at his hours and slept on his hours. I learned a lot from taking care of him. I took care of him until he was 4 years old when he started going to school, I would pick him up, help him do his homework, tell him stories, help him try to start reading. In 2019 in March, I started working as an initial education assistant for the 3-year-old grade, my activities were to leave homework for the children, go out to play with them at recess, talk to parents about the progress of children and about school activities it is very nice and good to work in the school environment and that you learn a lot about the development of children and their behaviour.
