Nanny from April 2024 Role description: Regular Nanny for a busy family with three daughters, a nine-month-old, a preschooler age 4 and a year one student age 7. This involves aiding with school drop-off and pick-up, afternoon routines, helping to get dinner ready and feeding the kids and some housekeeping duties. We are looking for help two full days a week (Monday and Friday) from 8 am-6 pm. To start in mid-April 2024 but the start time can be flexible. We’d love to find someone who can be with us long-term. Requirements): First aid certificate Working with Children Check/Clean Police Check At least 1 year of professional childcare experience including previous experience looking after babies Able to provide referees from previous jobs who can be contacted Loving, nurturing, honest and trustworthy nature Punctuality and reliability Non-smoker Immunizations up-to-date, including covid vaccinations, and fluvax Own reliable car and full licensed Desirable but not essential: Previous experience as professional in-home nanny Certificate in Early Childhood Flexibility in last-minute extra care days Responsibilities: School drop off and pick-up for the 4 and 7-year-old girls Assistance with household duties such as laundry, tidying up, unpacking the dishwasher, and occasionally cooking (we have a weekly cleaner so in-depth cleaning is not required).
