Jan is Amazing! She is kind and considerate with great professionalism. Her sense of resident's needs is outstanding and she is pro-active in handling them. No one ever feels alone or neglected when Jan is around. She prioritizes well while also taking time to talk one on one. Her personality shines while doing her job. When she's around everyone has a better day because of her outstanding attitude and the safety they feel. I've never witnessed how she could do anything better. Jan is a true blue blessing to those in need and this world!!
