This Agape company was helping a dear friend of mine whom was blind who recently lost his sighted wife.
They qhere in his apartment 12 hours a day. The apartment was filthy after a month of service. I was so saddened to see how the billed him over $8700 and his apartment was filthy.
I also questioned thier billing and after my friend, thier client gave them verbal permission to owner Renae Gibbs to speak with me. She refused to communicate with me after the client gave 4 verbal oks for Renae to speak with me. She said she would only speak privately with the client qith no one there to represent him.
There was also an issue with the RN on staff who repeatedly hugged and kissed my friend thier client repeatedly.
Agape cancelled services the day before the funeral of hus wife whom he lost to Covid. They claimed my blind friend acted in appropriately.
This organization is the most un ethical, un professional, immoral company I have dealt with in my career as an advocate for those who have no family or representative.
I found out in communication with the state family division a big problem is these organizations have minimal regulation.
Do not use them they are a horrible company.

The caregivers from Agape have been an incredible blessing to our family. They are compassionate and always go the extra mile. My parents have received the most excellent care from the Agape team. These women are family. We are so grateful. If your elderly parents need more care, you could not find a better, kinder team than the team at Agape Services.
