1st week was okay, not stellar cleaning. The second week I had a complete no show. I called the number and after being on hold forever they explained that cleaners are not employees but outside contractors. They should have their contractors checkin 10 minutes prior to or by start time to acknowledge that they started the job.

I wanted to LOVE this company and actually did for a short while. When my service quality continued to deteriorate, I tried multiple times to communicate and work with Tidy, only to finally cancel my service due to both their lack of desire and ability to resolve some major issues. Very disappointing....
