About the business
Located in the heart of Maitland since 1973, the JCC's Richard S. Adler Early Childhood Learning Center is more than just a daycare, we are an award-winning, nationally accredited center for early learning. We serve children of all faiths, ages 8 weeks through Pre-K.
We design every learning experience to meet one or more of your child's four areas of development; social and emotional, cognitive, physical and cultural. As part of our standard curriculum, we offer weekly specialists in music, foreign language, library science, physical education, Jewish culture, as well as instructional swimming during the summer months.
In addition to our early childhood center, the JCC also offers an after-school program called J University for grades K-5. We pick children up with our professional transportation service from local elementary schools, and provide activities, snack, and homework help, so that you can pick up both your younger and older children after work at the same time.
We also offer a summer camp, Camp J, in June, July and August for kids in preschool, elementary school, and middle school.

I can't say enough amazing things about the JCC. The education my two preschool daughters receive are unlike any other preschool we researched in the area. And the variety of full time and part time options for enrollment make it very easy to find the right scheduling for our family. I love that they have a specialist for PE, music and other subjects, as well as a pool for learning to swim in the summer. The environment is very family focused and I feel like the staff, teachers and other families are like our second family. I'm so glad I found the JCC for our kids. We at first weren't sure if we would fit in because our family isn't Jewish, but have felt welcome and comfortable since day one. Both of our kids are excited to go to school each day and have so much fun while learning.

I have three children that have attended (and currently are attending) the JCC in Maitland. This school is full of love and happiness. It is our home away from home.

The JCC staff are our second family. Between all of the family events they hold throughout the year and their amazing child care (infant-elementary school after care) programs, our family has benefited greatly from love and sense of community. My daughter (who is 7) has been going to the JCC since she was 1- and I wouldn't have it any other way!
