Our infant son loved his time with Ms. Lubna at Step by Step, and it was a great part-time option. There was excellent communication- from photos throughout the day to the parent information sheet that was completed and sent home each day. He enjoyed engaging with kids of other ages, and learned a lot from them. The daycare also has good equipment, like a swing and play mat that he loved. He always came home smiling, and Ms. Lubna was so caring. We would have stayed at this daycare forever if our commutes did not change to be so far. It is one of the highest quality daycares in the Baltimore area.

Zayan joined Step by Step in October 2020 when he just turned 4 years old in August. Since he joined he has learned so much. He started with learning all the letters of the alphabet and strengthening his hand strength so he could hold the pencil correctly. Mrs. Lubna created a book for him to be able to write straight lines and curves so when he did start writing it would come easy to him. He learned all the sounds of the alphabet to be able to start reading. He learned how to add and subtract. She also taught him how to read the clock. He turned 5 in August and she helped him grow so much that since he started Kindergarten at school he's confident in helping his classmates with their classwork. I'm so happy I found Mrs. Lubna and believe that she was the best first teacher for my son and she had the patience and understanding for him as a four year old boy who had low confidence and no focus. Now he is a five year old boy with great confidence and better focus.

Two of my kids are enrolled in this daycare. Lubna Ansari of step by step daycare is exceptionally great. She is very professional and cooperative.
Step by step daycare is not only a daycare center but the best place for kids development and character building. Lubna Ansari focuses on all these aspects nicely and works with parents to get the best results out from kids.
