We have been with Quala Care for 4.5years and have been more than pleased with their program. Kelly Roe is amazing with children of all ages. My daughter has been with her since 12wks and is now almost 5. We will miss QC once we head off to Kindergarten.
My son has attended Quala Care for the last three years and our daughter is about to start. Ms. Sharon has been his main teacher and we LOVE her!! We've gotten to know about half a dozen other teachers over the years and have always found them to be loving and kind, in particular Ms. Tara and Ms. Iku.

Everyone in the office (especially Stella and Jenn) are great about working with us and have been so helpful and flexible in meeting the needs of our growing family. We really appreciate the flexibility they've shown over the years which I don't think I could have gotten from a corporate center. They even sent a fruit basket to the house after the birth of our second child!

Quala Care has done so much for our son and our family and we're incredibly grateful!
Quala care is amazing. My husband and I needed to find a daycare for our son quick. We found out about Quala online and when my husband went to visit, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They showed him around and, fortunately for us, they had a spot available in my son's age group. The weekend before my son's first day at Quala, he started to go into "stranger danger" mode and even cried when his saw his own grandma! I was so worried how he'd do at daycare. When my husband and I dropped him off on his first day, and gave him to Ms. Deb, he did not cry or even care that we were leaving! He just took to Ms. Deb like he's known her all his life!
All the teachers (Ms. Deb, Ms. Jody, Ms. Heather) and aids at Quala who took care of my son were awesome/amazing/wonderful. My son was not a great napper, but he was always smiling when my husband picked him up. Quala took amazing care of our son. He was always fed, clean, changed (diapers), and happy. Our son had a diaper rash, they did everything we asked to help get it cleared up. I can't give Quala enough praise. Our son was lucky enough to have been able to go there.
It broke my heart to put my baby in day care but Quala Care has been such a blessing to our family! My son has had the same teacher since he was 10 weeks old and we LOVE her but all the other teachers seem very nice and friendly. The Facebook groups are a lifesaver for first time mommies!!

Parents Beware! Read this post before selecting Quala Care, in Linthicum, MD for your child care.
The owner of Quala Care, Janet Harrington, personally called me last week to offer child care for my two children. She insisted that she had an opening for my infant son and encouraged me to enroll my oldest son in their drop in program for school age children. I declined all other options and moved forward with the process of enrolling both children. This morning I received the following email from Ms. Harrington wrongfully accusing me of soliciting her staff to work for me as a nanny and informing me, with 4 days notice, that I must make other childcare arrangements. Needless to say, I have made other arrangements.
Ms. Harrington failed to return my phone calls and chose to put all of this in writing. I am sharing our full email exchange, unedited, on my Facebook page, so that other families know what they are getting themselves into. Feel free to check it out! -Amy Buszka

We've been so happy at Quala! My son's classroom is like a second home. Everyone is so loving and even though they have a lot of staff they all know my son's name!
I took my two children there when they were 12 weeks old. The teachers are extremely caring and I felt very comfortable leaving my babies with them everyday. We stayed with Quala care for about 18 months and only left because we moved out of state. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area.
