We got an nanny from this agency. Turns out this nanny has some mental issues, and she was not good with kids at all. But we were expecting to get a replacement from the agency because she only worked with us for 2 months. Mary O'Connor did not want to give us another candidates, and she was saying we didn't sign the contract with the nanny in the first 7 days, so we are not getting another nanny. We were going to sign the contract, but just didn't have time to do it in the first week, who would know this policy written on a paper where you really not going to notice, which with tiny fonts. What a scam! Be aware of this agency!
