We loved Lily Pads! We recently left due to a move out of state. Our little one started in March of 2021 at 5 months old. As first time parents, the transition to daycare can be overwhelming but the staff was great! The teachers kept our little one thoroughly engaged with arts, story time, and various other activities to encourage socialization and developmental milestones.

I always felt that our little one was in good hands. The teachers that he had in both the infant and toddler rooms were phenomenal. They have been instrumental in helping our little reach developmental milestones (for example walking, using utensils to eat, holding a pencil, etc.). We were able to see our little one throughout the day using the provided app. Our little one really enjoyed the yoga instruction days.

Our little one always had a smile when entering into Lily Pads. I highly recommend Lily Pads!

We love Lily Pads! The teachers are excellent. The management is excellent. When we found out we were expecting a second child, we-without hesitation-asked Lily Pads about a spot for #2.

Our daughter has been at Lily Pads since August 2020. At that time-in the depths of COVID-Ms. Eda and Lily Pads put us at ease with how careful, thoughtful, and communicative they were running the center during a crisis.

Since then, our daughter has gone through the Purple Owls (1s), Green Frogs (2s), and Orange Butterflies (3s) class. She has loved all of her teachers and made great friends. We feel involved in her school life, from the pictures and updates in the app, to the art she brings home, to the new songs she sings when she comes home. At dropoff and pickup, her teachers make time to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns. They've all been great.

We could go on and on about Lily Pads. Our daughter is the happy, smart, silly, kind toddler she thanks, in no small part, to Lily Pads. And-no less important-they've given us the space, and peace of mind during our working days so we can be better parents when she gets home.

5 stars, without reservation.

Lilypads is a wonderful program. I was surprised to read the above review about teachers not being interested in the parents or children. The Georgetown road staff is incredible!

This childcare does lake leadership as another mother stated. The owner seemed friendly enough to say hi and introduce herself but the director, some of the teachers and the assistants were not friendly at all. They seemed to be annoyed by a visitor. They expected me to shove my chid there and leave. They did not show any interest in knowing me or my child or try to make my comfortable enough to let them watch my child. I would not leave my child with a group of people who seemed to be unhappy, unfriendly and uninterested being around children.

We did not have a great experience here. It seemed like there was a lack of leadership and oversight. The result was a hit or miss experience depending on the class your child is assigned to. There are some wonderful teachers here but the school overall needs to provide more communication with parents and supervision.

We love Lily Pads. Our daughter has been going for a few months now, and in this short time we've seen her grow and change for the better - from learning new words to putting toys away to coming home with a treasure trove of new songs and games.

We signed up originally because we had another baby on the way and we needed our daughter to have care and undivided attention. Lily Pads has been our lifeline for these hectic times. We get frequent updates from an app which shows pictures and notes about the day so we have peace of mind when our daughter is there. We also get weekly emails about plans for the upcoming week - our daughter especially loves the music teacher that visits and teaches about instruments, singing, and dancing. Our daughter has really blossomed at Lily Pads - she literally skips down the path into school every day, and when she leaves her friends line up at the door and wave goodbye. It's so heartwarming to see. The teachers are kind, patient, and smart. Their experience with young children is very evident. They've been communicative with us about any issues with our daughter which we really appreciate.

A daycare has to be part art and part science - the art of dealing with young children and the science of running a professional business. Lily Pads nails it on all fronts - the invoicing system is easy to pay online. Owner Leah is on top of it - I even called her the other day to ask about potty training advice and switching from a crib to a toddler bed. We have no complaints - I have friends with daycare horror stories and thankfully we can't relate. Definitely recommend this daycare - we will be sticking with them for as long as we're in the area!
