About the business
At LePort, we help our students acquire the essential knowledge, thinking skills, and strength of character required to flourish as joyous children today, and as successful adults tomorrow. Our unique program emphasizes the relationship between the academically challenging material presented in the classroom, and the breadth of experiences children have in their lives outside of the classroom.
Our purpose-built school sits atop a hill, overlooking our soccer field, track, and outdoor basketball court, which all lead to a wooded nature area. Our toddlers and preschoolers enjoy playing in their own playground space right next to their classrooms: they love to slide, to swing, to dig in sand and go on imaginary journeys on our wooden train. Our elementary students feel grown up in their separate wing, where they can explore our music and science room, or read in our library overlooking the garden they maintain. They look forward to moving downstairs for upper elementary, where older students work in a community space, cooking in their own kitchen, working in a large, bright classroom, and finding quiet places to collaborate in several break-out rooms.
We re located just north off the Westfields Boulevard exit from Route 28, minutes from Sully Station, located minutes from many near-by businesses. Our convenient daily schedules are tailored for working parents: we open as early as 7:30 am, and are open until 6 pm, with year-round program options. Our shorter half-day programs for toddlers and preschoolers are a great option for combining a high-quality school experience with time at home.

It was not a good experience for my child. The Director and Administrative Staff were excellent, HOWEVER my child's teacher was HORRIBLE. She lacked follow-up, follow-through, and almost never responded to my emails. I WASTED a year of tuition, only to have to spend additional money at Education One this Summer to catch my child up to 1st grade level. Oh and my son went into their school performing at a high level. They have the scores to proud my child's performance beforw their school year started, and they retested my child at the end of the year...ans my child's score dropped in all areas. More importantly, I saw a change in my child's personality that crushed my heart. I have a lot of stories and a very BAD experience with this school. I was BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. Not to mention that I wasted my hard earned money trying to give my child a "good" education but instead my child experienced a lot of hurt from lack of inclusion that was, or wasn't experienced and most of all a absolutely horrible kindergarten teacher. It was a costly lesson learned, of course financially but more than impacting my wallet, it inpacted my child's "always happy" spirit. I am happy to report I took my child out of the school at the completion of the year, last June. He started a new school in August and my child's spirit has been restored. It's not just me as a mother saying this, but the Director from his previous preschool noticed the difference in him during his 1 year experience at Leport Chantilly, and she commented on it...my child is in an after school program, at his previous preschool, and 3 weeks ago, the Director said "the loving, happy boy is back." She's absolutely right! This was a HORRIBLE experience and hopefully the Director took care of the problem with the teacher and her failure to communicate, and other areas of weakness that prevented her from being an effective teacher. I would not recommend this school, and would give it less than 1 star if that was possible via this system. Enroll at your risk but our experience was NOT positive.
