Keri charged $320 to do a deep cleaning on a 2000 sq ft home. Everything was already picked up prior to her arriving, she arrived at 8:15 but did not actually start cleaning until almost 9 am, completed her cleaning and left at 11:51 am. Poor cleaning was done and I would not recommend Keri to anyone, especially considering the amount of money paid which is much higher per other quotes found/received in the Ellis county area for a deep clean. The baseboards were left dirty, window sills/ledges/windows not cleaned, tub in 2nd bathroom not cleaned, dresser in daughters bedroom not cleaned at all..still had makeup residue on dresser. If there was a way to upload pictures following Keri's cleaning, I would because this incident not only shows extremely poor service, it also shows the type of person she is. I feel scammed, cheated, and stolen from as I did work for the $320 I paid her and I feel as though it was taken from me when she did not fulfill the service she promised.
