They broke pieces off of our ceiling fan and did not follow what we needed cleaned even though we talked about it and they wrote it down. Not punctual. They had to clean my house twice to get it right. After two times it was exactly what I would do. I think if you hire someone else to clean your house you would want them to do much more than what you normally do. Asked to speak with the owner, but not sure that ever happened.
