Over crowding, lack of education on teachers about how to handle disabled children, aweful communication.
Poorly run center. No or very little communication. Does not look clean and looks outdated. Rooms were crowded, dusty shelves, unvacumed floors. Two seperate rooms had teachers texting on cellphones and not watching children. Staff was not very friendly or welcoming and seemed to just be going through the motions. Unattended children playing in sinks and toilets. Not a place I will be enrolling my child afterall! I did not bother visiting thier second location by our home, only one close to work, off mcclay

Unfortunately I believe this "Anonymous" review to be from a former disgruntled employee who wishes to tarnish our reputation. A similar posting citing the same topics were posted on 2 other sites and was determined to be a former employee. Our center capacity is licensed for 105, but normally run in the 60's or 70's on a daily basis, so we run well under capacity. Our infant/toddler rooms and 2's rooms are nearly full most days. Our facility is clean and well maintained. We have tiled floors in all of our classrooms and those floors are swept and mopped daily. We have a "No Cell Phone" policy and teachers are not permitted to use them. We have camera's in every classroom and monitor them. Our staff is friendly and professional to children, parents, and staff. We are open, honest, and transparent with our staff. Our goal is to develop and maintain the best staff possible by providing continuous training and coaching where needed . The notion that children are left unattended to play in sinks and toilets is just absurd and not true. This "Anonymous" review was posted shortly after the employee left our employment. If we receive a legitimate negative post, I'm fine with accepting the consequences. This post however, is not in that category.
