Belen is running this place like a detention center. And "teachers" are like police to the children they do not love and nurture the children but rather shame and scold the toddlers. My child has suffered from bullies at this center and her teacher "Marisol" spoke to me and said " she got pushed and I told her to push back" what kind of care is that ! Advising a two year old girl to push a boy bigger than her ! That's how this center resolves bullying issues ?! After speaking to the director Belen she wrote notes. Next day she said nothing and teacher acted silent and cold towards my child and I . My child recognizes behavior and said "Marisol mad at me" disturbed by her behavior towards my child I called Maria the head director to express my concerns on the mistreatment I witnessed I was told she was going to give me a 2 week termination letter! Can you believe this tolerance? They do not care about childcare they just want parents to drop off their children and not ask questions or care about their child. I dropped off my day Monday Belen said nothing and when I picked her up she gave me a termination letter for that day to be the last day of service! No 2 weeks!? I am funded for childcare through ymca and they know they will make you sign the empty form before they fill out the times to adjust your time to get paid . Don't bring your child to a negligent unprofessional dictating greedy center. This is not a healthy establishment for anyone who care about their child's development.
