Hello Stephanie,
Just a note to let you know how happy I was with the level of care that my mother received from Irena last week. She was wonderful on every level of assistance. Kind and concerned, helpful with the physical difficulties, perfect with monitoring the food and medications, and as sweet a person as we could ever have in our home. Along with the great care she gave to mom she also ran the house in our absence and she did it perfectly. A terrific companion and delightful and considerate person.
I also want to compliment you and Golden Heart Senior Care on the absolute thorough communication with Chuck and myself as to the process , the description of services, the forms we needed to have...even some from Florida where my mom is now residing. It was above and beyond and I am so pleased that you anticipated our needs so clearly. A huge thank you for that!
It was great meeting Kim, and my communication with Heather in the office has been clear and wonderful.
I would highly recommend Golden Heart to anyone in need of either respite care, part or full time services. I had such peace of mind on vacation! I would be happy to talk to anyone having questions about your services. I think you are positively the best!
