My name is Nicole White. I am an independent experienced functional fitness and movement disorder expert.
I am a registered nurse as well as a physical therapist assistant in good standing and licensed in the state of Illinois.
I work with retired executives who do not want to move into a retirement community and or those who want to age in place regardless of any life limiting diagnosis.
I help my clients to live life on their own terms & to keep their dignity in the place where they are most familiar, the place they know by heart...their HOME.
I provide full medical management, care management, nurse navigation, customized supportive living services, personal care, medication management, meal preparation for special diets, restorative exercises, assistance to & from medical appointments.
I specialize in post hospital & post rehab care especially for those with movement disorders, Parkinson's, PSP, strokes & generalized muscle deconditioning.
I help them get back on their feet as quickly as possible. .
I serve my clients in 3 ways;
#1. POST HOSPITAL, POST REHAB CARE.
I love caring for older adults after discharge from a hospital or rehab. It brings me great satisfaction to see my clients get back on their feet especially after losing the ability to walk or care for themselves...it happens after too many days in a bed.
#2. CHRONIC ILLNESS & SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT.
If it's time to reduce or stop those frequent trips to the hospital, I work with patients to manage chronic symptoms. My goal is to help your loved one to enjoy each day regardless of what their medical diagnosis says.
#3. CARE MANAGEMENT & CARE NAVIGATION:
In caregiving, nothing is simple & no decision is easy and that is why I offer this service. Through care management I help long distance family caregivers. I serve as their eyes & ears making sure that all the doctors & care providers know what is going on and I help families with reliable information so that they make decisions with confidence & minimal stress

Working at A & N Healing Hearts has really been great. From day one the main focus and goal has been to set myself up for success and be the best that I can be and Nicole makes sure of that. I enjoy my job position as the Office Manager and I am honored to be the person who is picking the wonderful caregiver's to join our team. for four overnight shifts.
Your staff confirmed rate: 240.00 per day plus OT as I filled in for a no-show who may have been deceived too.
You warrant complete investigation by the state.
You're a bully who preys on society's most vulnerable.
You will be contacted by the DOL and a host of other agencies.

Over fifty amazing caregivers have worked for our company and we have never had a team member complain about missing pay so we are taking your complain seriously. Yes, we pay overtime when applicable. Since your gross pay reflects $750, without haven't verified the work days and the pay period, there seems to be an error if you worked four over nights. Our work week begins at 1200am on Sundays and ends at midnight on Saturdays. Sometimes based on the day of the week, a portion of a shift can fall in another pay period. I will do some research right away to find out why and how this pay discrepancy came about and I shall get it resolved for you quickly. INTERGRITY is one of our corporate values and no we do not steal from nor bully our team members or clients. We have a customer service process when there is a variance. If you would have contacted the office, we would have resolved this on the same day. We will be in touch with you in a few hours to let you know the results of our payroll discrepancy research and how we will resolve this matter. We abide by the law and we care for our team members.

I felt peace & trust immediately after our first encounter with Nicole & staff. I did not feel as if they were solely in the business because it's lucrative. It's the complete opposite!! They genuinely care & offer restorative care.
I became the sole care taker for my dad immediately after my mom passed. I've solicited help from many over the course of the past year, and outside of a relative, I've never been more at peace than I am now.
My 83 year old dad loves Nicole as well as her staff. For the first time in over a year, he's taking steps to walk & is receiving daily therapy & exercises that is geared towards him regaining his independence. Within two weeks, he was able to take 10 steps! This is more than he accomplished in a local rehabilitation facility.
I love & appreciate Nicole's honesty about what is possible. She has a true gift from God & a sincere heart for elders.
I'm grateful because I'm finally able to regain my life as I'm no longer consumed with who is caring for my dad in my absence. I'm grateful for this company and appreciate how frequently they follow up & how regularly they communicate!

I strongly recommend and celebrate the work of Nicole and her staff. They are doing an excellent job with my dad who is a recent amputee. The work they are doing is enhancing his strength and long term goal to be mostly independent. The work is thorough and professional. .
