I could not be happier with the services provided by Comfort Keepers . Caregivers are so affectionate and attentive. My father has had dementia for 6 years now and his condition seems to change from day to day. It can be very difficult to be around , sometimes because he is so confused and angry. I'm just in awe at their ability to stay calm under pressure. Raquel did and amazing job setting a routine for my father and always calms him down when he's stressed. I am 100% confident that it is the reason he is still living at home . There is no way I could do it without them Comfort Keepers has been a godsend .

I only used Comfort Keepers for a few weeks during my recovery but they were satisfactory and met all of my expectations. I found their online portal to be very helpful in keeping track of my schedule.

Very pleased with the services! Mandy is a delight to work with. She is very attentive to my mom and always goes the extra mile with meals and housekeeping. I really appreciate that she's able to cater to my mom's special diet. I highly recommend their services.

Everyone at Comfort Keepers has been very sweet and eager to help. After meeting with Cait I felt really good about using their services. My wife was completely bedridden and could hardly speak when she came by but she still spoke to her and took her hand before she left. I chose them because they saw my wife as a person and not just a disease. They were able to get someone out here with less than 24 hours notice. Cait came back out to introduce the caregiver and make sure we had everything we needed and she stayed in touch every week. The staff was patient and attended to my wife and I equally. They always asked if I was getting enough sleep and made sure that I ate. Raquel even brought in flowers to brighten her room. I am very happy I chose them.

Comfort Keepers is by far the most professional home care company I have dealt with (and I've used quiet a few). They are always professionally dressed, on time, and eager to work. My mom's caregiver even has a college degree. I feel like my family is in safe hands with them.

These guys have been great! I'm super young to be using their services but unfortunately I've had to go back and forth to the hospital for a few procedures this year and I don't have any family in town to baby me (seriously wish my mama was here!). Anyways they are definitely the next best thing to family. I know I can count on them to pick up my prescriptions, load up my fridge and get me home from the hospital without a problem. My caregiver is very bubbly and really knows how to put me at ease during awkward moments (seriously having someone pull your pants down so you can pee can be a little daunting if you're not in the right hands). And she doesn't make any request seem silly. After my last surgery I asked Cheri to run out and get a pint of ice cream for me. She did it with a smile and literally said, "I'm here for whatever you need. You don't have to be afraid to ask for anything."I seriously feel like they have my back and they care about me. Love, love, love them.

We've been a loyal customer of Comfort Keepers for several years and I highly recommend their services. Over the years we've had about four ladies in the home to care for my mom and they have all been lovely, on time, and good at keeping me updated on her condition. That being said, our current caregiver Andrea is a total standout. I know i'm not supposed to have favorites but this woman is has a natural gift for helping others I can't help but admire her. She's been able to get my mom eating fruits and vegetables, gets her our for walks, and even remembers to stay on top of the little things like mani-pedis and hair appointments. When I stop by her calendar is already full of appointments and outings...all the the little details I used to stress over (doctor's appointments, mass, grocery shopping) it's all handled. My mom is moving around like a 60 year old now. I'm just astounded at how much she's improved. If you're reading this Itay, please give this amazing woman a raise.

OVERALL A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I LIKE THAT THE OWNER IS AVAILABLE WHEN I NEED HIM. THE GIRLS ARE PLEASANT AND MAKE GOOD CONVERSATION. I WISH THEY WOULDN'T WEAR A UNIFORM THOUGH. I PREFER IF THEY DRESS NORMAL.

The caretakers are very friendly and take direction well. I like that they engage my mom and ask her to help with the cooking. She doesn't really do all that much, maybe peel a potato or something, but it means a lot to her to be involved.

Her biggest fear was being dependent on others but the girls  do a great job of making her feel like she's running the show. I have to commend the office as well. I think their supervisor Cait came up with the idea to call the girls personal assistants instead of caretakers and that has made all the difference in the world to my mom's self esteem. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers. They are honest, on time, and always receptive to feedback.

I want to express my absolute gratitude for the whole team at Comfort Keepers. My father is a very, very stubborn man. I have have tried to take care of him on my own for the past 12 years and I just hit the point that I couldn't keep up with everything anymore. He was resistant to having help in the home at first but after a week he truly hit it off with Vince and Armando. They talk about the Cubs, go for walks, and the guys are always on top of laundry and housekeeping. I feel confident that I could pop in at any moment and they would be laughing and enjoying each other's company. The whole process has been seamless with Comfort Keepers.
