Carmon specializes in Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia and has worked in the healthcare field since 1995. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree and went on to work in Geriatrics; specifically, in long-term care, memory caravans skilled nursing, Carmon also worked as a nurse from 1995-2001.

We hired Carmon Carr with Golden Years Care Consulting in 2016. My mother needed to move out of the home she was in, and we had been given a deadline. Carmon swooped in and helped us narrow down the available places, and went on the tours with me to a coupe of them as well. We ended up hiring her as an ongoing care manager for Mom. She as become our eyes and ears at the new home. With her health care background, she knows the questions to ask, and can be the go between with the care staff in a way that we can't. And, Mom loves her! She has been a source of great comfort in knowing that we are doing all we can to make sure that Mom is always getting the best care possible. She is a godsend!
