Tanya is very good to work with. I met with her face to face to review the care giver needs for my
mother, and to understand her process in finding a suitable care giver.
She is well organized and was very informative. We were provided candidates to interview and then
make our selection.
Tanya has a great process and approach. I would highly recommend European Best care to anyone
looking for care giver services.
I had been using a different agency prior to trying out European Best Care. They only wanted to talk on
the phone at times seemed to be rushing me off on the phone. My mother or I did not get to interview
the care givers that would just show up.

Kudos and many thanks to European Best Care! We needed to find a highly capable live-in caregiver to look after my mother, who requires assistance with activities of daily living. On short notice, Tanya and Vladimir provided us with several suitable candidates to interview. We hired one of them - a wonderful lady - and she is now taking excellent care of my mother and her home! Thank you to Tanya and Vladimir for your responsiveness and professionalism! They put us at ease, and made what might have been a stressful situation into something stress-free.

Huge thank you to Tanya! She helped us in a tough moment, my dad didn't want any help, and we were really worrying about him and his daily needs. When we found Maria (caretaker) my dad is very happy and more active truought the day and finally eating well and enjoying the meals that Maria makes. For all reasons, the best and most accurate way to describe Tania and the caregivers she provided would be to refer to them as REAL LIFE ANGELS... They helped provide my mom with her (only) wish - to be able to return home. That does not mean there was not a "hiccup" or two, but I would use recommend Tanya's services to anyone that wishes to obtain outstanding "5-star" care at a very reasonable cost.

Tanya professionalism and expert knowledge of the Care Giver needs is the outstanding quality of European Best Care. She had picked a perfect Care Giver for our 97 year old mother who is on hospice. Within two week our mother seems to be a new person lively, more responses each time we visit. Care Giver is ALWAYS at our mother needs 24 hours a day. We would highly recommend European Best Care.

European Best care helped me take care of my loved one for four years. The caregivers were very compassionate and dependable. They managed all the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, transfer assistance and incontinence care. They cooked wonderful meals and managed all the laundry and even helped with shopping. The case manager was so helpful with oversight and even visited to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend them for anyone looking for reliable in home care and assistance.

We were very happy with the caregiver provided for us, however she quit 24 hours before she was supposed to be working with ZERO notice that she was unhappy with us or still trying to obtain a full time position. Several emails to Tanya the owner addressing our concerns and frustrations of being left without a caregiver and the need for a new caregiver have gone unanswered. No response or answer. We really enjoyed and trusted the caregiver and Tanya's pick for us, but disappointed we were left with no notice and no caregiver, nothing from Tanya about her quitting, or even having a replacement for us. Really left us in a tough situation.

We contacted Tanya the owner because we needed a caregiver for our father 85 yrs old and our aunt 90 yrs old. Our father is on hospice, we were given not only the best caregiver, we were given an angel. I could not have been happier with our caregiver. Thank you Tanya for finding Vida!! She is amazing!

The agency owner, Tanya, was patient, easy to work with, and very committed to finding a caregiver who fit my parents' needs. Most of the ladies we met did not speak English well, but were able to communicate . This was an issue for my parents but would not be an issue for everyone. Tanya will work hard to meet your needs.

Thank you so much!!! It was difficult coordinating services for our mother do to her ever changing health status and needs. You provided an interview an hour after my mom arrived home and they instantly hit it off. It was a great relief that she was able to start the next morning. WE had been trying to manage her care among the family and occasionally hiring caregivers when she would allow us. We are worn out. Also the rates are reasonable and we are glad Vida will get paid the amount and not some agency. There is a finder's fee though which we were willing to pay;well worth it. Thanks again for helping us in a very difficult situation.

After my 92 year old mom broke her hip and went through rehab she needed care 24 hours a day. Tanya from the agency provided us with Olga a very caring and compassionate caregiver. After another hospitalization and rehab we had 2 other caregivers Nara and Lidia and both were top notch. Based on my experience with the care provided to my mother by European Best Care's caregivers I would recommend them.

I live out of town and have to fly in to care for my elderly mom, so I don't have much time to interview caregivers. Both times, they were able to send me a number of suitable caregivers who speaks my mom's language (Lithuanian) on short notice. I was able to schedule the interviews with several candidates and make my decision within 24 hours. And the caregivers I hired were very high quality women who did a first class job for me and my mom. Both my mom and I are very pleased and we will continue using their services whenever I need them. Homecare has been absolutely essential to my recovery from my severe leg injury. My husband is a doctor and he is very busy with his patients, so we needed someone to help at home. I am not going to be the first one among my friends to use their services. This is the company that truly cares about who they hire and how they conduct their business. We are fortunate to have Olya as a caregiver. She is the sweetest, the most knowledgeable person we hired. She cooks for our dad an amazing meals ( hear about that every day), does his laundry without any reminders and provides outstanding personal care. Always on time, never takes off and you can see she truly cares.
