We help older adults to keep their dignity in the place where they know by heart....their home.
We provide medical management, caregiving in the home or inside of an assisted living/retirement community, customized supportive living, home making, medication management, medication reminders, meal preparation, socialization, restorative exercises and functional fitness.
Our agency has four departments:
#1. CARE-GIVING: services are provided by home health aides, life enhancement caregivers, companions and concierge caregivers. Our caregiving services are provided in private homes, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities and even nursing homes. Sometimes we are needed to provide extra care inside of these facilities.
#2. MEDICAL MANAGEMENT, CHRONIC ILLNESS & SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT: These services are designed to reduce frequent trips to acute care, urgent care centers and rehab facilities. The care programs are designed by our nurse practitioner, nurses and geriatric care specialists. We have a special care system for CHF, COPD, Dementia, Stroke, Kidney Disease & even support with hospice care.
#3: POST HOSPITAL & POST REHAB CARE: We understand that 85% of those who go into a rehab facility do not return to their homes. We have a solution and we help our clients get back on their feet as quickly as humanly possible after a hospital or rehab stay. We have a specialize post rehab and post hospital care program.
#4. CARE MANAGEMENT & CARE COORDINATION: These services are provided by geriatric care managers. The goal is to make long distance caregiving easier and more gratifying for the long distance caregiver or the very busy family caregiver.
With us, you will only pay for the care you need. There are no minimum number of hours of care, you pick your caregiver and the payment plan that suits your unique situation.
We work 24/7, 7 days a week all year long.

In-home Caregivers has provided excellent care services for our family. My mother, nearly a centenarian needs constant care. Isoken and her team have been fabulous, providing prompt, patient, well trained caregivers who are professional, friendly and trustworthy. The staff takes excellent care of mom, and provides household support and respite for me. The agency has worked tirelessly to ensure that we are never without coverage, in our often hectic and varying schedule. I HIGHLY recommend In-Home Caregivers and praise the outstanding job Isoken and her team do for our family. The only drawback, there are not enough stars in the rating to properly express their dedication or our appreciation!

This was my first time seeking out elderly care. I reached out to In-Home Caregivers of Illinois to provide in home care for my 80 year old Aunt who has mobility problems, and my 93 year old Uncle who is blind with dementia. They helped to really assess what was needed from a care perspective, were thorough and thoughtful in their approach to fully understand the type of care needed. Quickly we had a caregiver who my aunt and uncle adore- she is kind, caring, provides all of the necessary help with day to day food and medical needs. She is patient and kind, and truly enjoys caring for elderly people. We have piece of mind that they are both safe and well cared for. I'd highly recommend this organization.
