Home Care, Inc. Was referred to me by a family, and I can not explain the professionalism and how quick they were able to start the care for my father and my husband, the caregivers are so great that i finally can take a break and relax. Anytime i call the office with any inquiries, always the response is quick and more than happy to go the extra mile to accommodate me and my family. A Holistic approach to our home care
Besa (owner) and her team work with us to help outline what care is needed for our unique situation. The team helping to manage us as caregivers and our parents who we care for. They offer advice and helpful hints on how we can manage not only our roles as caregivers, but also how we can focus on our health and our parents' health. The team continues to remind us that if we are not healthy, we may not be able to continue caring for our parents.
They are also working to help us think about what our potential needs will be when our parents enter the next phase of care.
We have one main caregiver for the past six months who has become key to assisting in our parents' health and happiness. When our main caregiver is unavailable, Home Care, Inc, tries to ensure an alternate caregiver is sent. The team makes sure the alternate is well informed of our unique needs.
In conclusion, we are very happy with Home Care, Inc. We whole heartily believe they are not in it just for the money, they care about their clients and help to make this overwhelming experience more manageable. If you are looking for much needed help - Besa and the entire Home Care, Inc. team is a great choice.
