The director and co-director gossip about, criticize and threaten teachers and parents to themselves and other parents.
They have created a culture of mistrust, social exclusion, backbiting, suspicion and toxic interactions.
They yell at, belittle and do not respect the school staff regularly.
They do not observe classrooms, provide timely feedback or do any research when a parent complains about a teacher or classroom in general (which happens often and is encouraged by the director, co-director and other parents).
The management act very unprofessionally and are both unqualified for their positions.
