Poorly run and unreliable: Worked with them twice. The 2nd time was a temp. placement who was staffed for a month with the agreement that they would help staff for a long-term role. However post the temp. placement, they bailed indicating it was difficult to staff the position.
Summary: I paid a large fee for less than 2 months of placement. Additionally the company seems to not have moved into the 21st century. I sent checks by mail. Definitely not customer focused in our experience.

This nanny agency is in it for the money and is not to be trusted. Our nanny left us 8 months into the contract and Careworks did not honour the 1year guarantee. As we were 2nd time customers to careworks this was extremely disappointing.
