My registration process when smoothly. The lady in the office helped me with my childcare case and also worked with my son's doctors office to get his physical. The teacher in my sons class is nice and they help him with his homework. So far, so good

I registered very early, and they did not inform me until last minute that I needed a document for my son that I could not get until school started. Once I got it, they were "full" and had to put him on a waitlist. He never was able to get in the entire school year and all they kept saying is they hope to expand and have no room. They are unprofessional and unorganized. Everything was okay until I said my son had ADHD then all of a sudden there was no spot. I call discrimination. This is a terrible program, and I am happy he never went because I doubt they would have treated him fairly.

This is not a child friendly place. The admin in charge are rude and mean. It is unbelievable that they are around children. There is no patience provided to children with disabilities and the adults are dishonest. They also have poor service. Children are put in front of the TV the last hour of the day. They claim they provide breakfast but it is nothing but a breakfast bar or cheerios cereal. Poor service.

I have 2 kids in the Base program. Both love Base. Their teachers and the Office staff have always been great to work with especially at the busy beginning of the year registration period.

Registration process and office workers leave alot to be desired. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
