We had several bad experience with A nanny 4 u. They send us several young un-experianced nannies that have no idea how to take care of kids. So many times we been sad after the nannies left and we heard the horrible stories the kids tell us about how the nannies been treating them. Stay away from A nanny 4 u if you care about your kids. There are so many other nannies that are professional.

I love a Nanny for U, I've been working for them for over 3 years. Not only do they look after their families, they take really good care of their nannies too. I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone in the office. ANFU, thank you!

Working with A Nanny For U has been amazing! It is clear that they care for their employees and value the families we work with. I had a few offers of employment from other local agencies, but ANFU was by far the most professional, comforting, and involved. I love working with my team! They find the best families, and have the best nannies.

I have never felt so comfortable and able to be myself with an agency before. Rebecca listens to what you want and need, she asks questions and lets you ask as well. While waiting to be placed with a permanent family they offered me to work in back up care. Everyone in the office is amazing and there for you whenever They are needed even if it's late at night or early in the mornings. Rebecca will make her self available for a quick chat even on The Weeknd's. I truly love being apart of this team.

I recently got placed into a new family after one month of working with A Nanny For You. It was such a joy to talk with Bethany and Rebecca to find a family that aligned with my personality and character. The application process was seamless and quick. They listened to me address what I was looking for and within one month I was signing a contract! I can't recommend A Nanny For You enough! Truly unprofessional and racist interaction. I requested a native Spanish-speaking nanny-as I speak Spanish and want my child to as well-and was told on a phone call that this agency will not provide Spanish-speaking candidates because they are "not educated" and do not provide high quality childcare. I was also told that if I'm looking for a Spanish speaking nanny because I want someone to "clean my house", this is not the type of person they work with. I am blown away by the overt racism and lack of professional conduct. Needless to say, I will be not be working with them.

Hello, after our call, I realized how you perceived the way I was responding to you in such a negative manner. My responses in regards to college-educated nannies with the qualities you were looking for were not based in ethnicity. I was trying to explain how very few people having those qualities apply to be nannies - this was regardless of race. Though the core of your request was based in a specific ethnicity and I didn't realize how the two would connect as I was speaking with you. We take this to heart and have learned to better understand the perspectives of the people we talk with. We will gladly help you in any way we can if you wanted to speak with us any further. They are a hoax. They take your money upfront and you never even meet them and then when your nanny resigns there is no empathy or any form of reimbursement. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They are truly one of the worst companies I have unfortunately ever had to deal with.

We used A Nanny For U to find a permanent, full-time nanny. We did hire someone, and it ended up being a terrible fit. Based on the nanny's report to the agency about how the fit didn't work for her, ANFU determined the placement didn't work because of us. They then shockingly refused to honor their warranty (a new nanny search or return of fee) without so much as checking with our side of the story. Long story short, we had to fight hard to get our money back, and we used a different agency to then find a very successful nanny replacement.
This was a heartbreaking experience that hurt my family, costing us time, money, and reliable, compassionate care for our children. The staff who seemed so eager and thoughtful before they had our fee were judgmental and unresponsive once there was a major problem but the check had already been cashed.

This agency seems to demand the world in fees from parents but offer very little back in return. They are in the business of "trying" rather than delivering results. They lack a "can do" attitude and after speaking with them I realized they don't work on behalf of parents but instead just focus on maximizing rates for nannies so that they can maximize their own fees. I would never recommend this business.

I moved to Seattle with years of experience in child care and overwhelmed by how to go about finding the right job for my skill set in a metropolitan area. Luckily I was referred to A Nanny for U where I not only found consistent employment but also the support of a community. ANFU goes above and beyond to find the right fit for their families and nannies so that every parent and child has the caregiver that suits their individual needs. This company has made Seattle feel less intimidating while connecting me with wonderful families and amazing children. I loved my experience with ANFU and couldn't recommend it more highly!

I've been working for A Nanny for U for over a year as a temporary nanny and I've had such a wonderful experience working with all kinds of families and children. I go to school full time so I can't commit to one, full time schedule and A Nanny for U has been sooo accommodating. It allows me the freedom to work when I want to work and have fun doing it! There's never a dull day being a nanny, and I'm lucky I have such a great support system behind me. Thanks ladies!!

I've been working for A Nanny For U and have loved the experience so far. I'm working as a backup care nanny which helps give last minute care for families who without us, wouldn't be able to do things like work, etc. I love being able to help others in this position and I've gotten to meet some wonderful families along the way! They are truly appreciative of having someone there to help, which is such a satisfying feeling! The other employees and the owner, Rebecca, are all so helpful and flexible with my school schedule as well, which is hard to find! Check us out and see for yourself!

We had a terrible experience with this agency. They placed a nanny with us who didn't work out within their 90 day trial period. Without speaking to us, they "determined" that it was our fault the relationship did not work. At this point, they refuse to help us with a new search, they will not refund our multi-thousand dollar placement fee, and they won't return my emails. It's been a bizarre, shocking, heartbreaking experience.
