Looking For A Special Education Tutor In Dumont.

I have a 7 yr old boy who is having a tough time reading. Several evaluations have put him at a reading level of a kindergarten student. I am looking for a tutor who can help him reach the reading level he should be at - 2nd grade level. Additionally, he has a speech delay which I assume is also impacting his reading.
