Looking For Biweekly Help With Dishes/laundry!

I'm a working young adult, sometimes working 6/7 days a week! When I'm off, I want to sleep or do something fun, but I want help maintaining cleanliness. Need someone to drop in for 2 1/2 - 3 hours every other Friday, 2x a month, or weekly to clean and/organize if needed: wipe surfaces/vacuum and mop/dusting/hand wash dishes (no dishwasher) and complete weekly laundry. Usually, 2-3 loads if that! There is a lot of flexibility since all these tasks won't need to be completed every week, some are biweekly tasks. I do have 2 small dogs that are friendly.
